Here are 2 easy ways on how to become a member of Bo Sanchez' membership site. On my previous entry on this blog site about Truly Rich Club reviews, I  shared you already the details on how to become a Gold member of the club, and you possibly noticed I also mentioned that there are two ways to pay your regular membership fee on the Truly Rich Club.
To some followers of this blog who are not yet a member, you might be asking how is payment procedure as well. I once asked by a friend on how he can join the Truly Rich Club and since TRC needs monthly subscription fee, he asked me what is the payment procedure, I explained, I just thought of publishing the same topic in this Truly Rich Club blog review. Ok, Let me proceed.

As I was saying, there are two ways.

1. You can pay it through BANK Deposit (advance payment: 6 months or 1 year advance deposit) Note: Example below is only for Truly Rich Club Gold Philippines subscription. The amount will differ based on your Truly Rich Club subscription type.
You just need to send the copy of deposit slip in TRC customer service. Check below details. This is the exact information I received when I choose payment via bank deposit:

or you can try this second option....

2. You can pay it using your CREDIT CARD (monthly deduction)
I think this option is much easier and convenient because you don't have to go to the bank personally to deposit your Truly Rich Club subscription payment. The downside is, you cannot avail the 20% or 10% discount if you use credit card.

Once your payment has been verified, in just a few seconds you can now access the membership site. Very easy compare to bank deposit.

So what are you waiting for.....

COL Financial Thinks Now Is The Time To Invest In The Philippines Stock Market

I read this Stock Market Philippines related report from GMA Business News. What will happen in the Philippines stock market three years from now? According to some stocks analyst, it's possible that we will hit the 10,000 mark within three years.
That's a promising statement but if that will happen in three years time, that will be the time where we can separate the boys from the men, the-truly-rich and learned-investors vs purely expectators.

10,000 is not too far from 7000. Below is the Philippines Stock Exchange PSEi Index as of April 30, 2013. Let's see that will happen in three years time.

Here's some excerpts from Stock Market Philippines related report from GMA Business News:

“The market has done very well in the past three years... Now is the time to invest... the country is entering  a golden period,” president and chief operating officer Conrado Bate told reporters in a briefing, saying, “The sentiment in business and government is at an all-time high.”
COL Financial expects the bellwether PSE index to hit 7,400 this year, up from last year's 5,812.73 finish.
The PSEi could reach the 10,000 mark within three years, it said.
'Financial wellness'
Bate noted that Filipinos should “start to save and invest your money and that will lead to financial wellness.”
Comparing the trend of rising investments in the local bourse to mobile phones, Bate noted, “Before, mobile phones wasn't a necessity, and now it is. Now, investing in stocks isn't but soon it will be, because of the need to fight off inflation.”
“I'm not saying that you should put all your money into the stock market. But make sure you allocate a portion of it to maximize returns,” he added.
In putting money into the stock exchange, Bate said "… look at sound companies like blue chip ones that can withstand an economic slowdown given their strong financials, noting this approach reflects “the right discipline” in investing.
“There's no point trying to get... or hitting the jackpot in a hurry,”  he said.
Bate prescribed to go for the long-haul as “short-term gains aren't really as robust as before... and be ready to put your money there for three to five years.” Bate added. — VS, GMA News

Truly Rich Club Founder Bo Sanchez' Interview In ANC On The Money [Must-Watch-Youtube VIDEO]

Here's Truly Rich Club founder Bo Sanchez' video interview in ANC On The Money hosted by Edric Mendoza.  Bro Bo. explains his own personal story about money. Click the play button now and watch Truly Rich Club Founder Bo Sanchez Interview In ANC On The Money below.

He also mentioned that people are either hunters or ranchers. Many Filipinos are hunters. When there's no food in the cabinet, they go out to hunt, eat everything and hunt again. On the other hand, a Rancher is someone who will go and catch wild animals in the wild. He will kill some of his catch to feed his relative and family, while the other part of his catch will be brought to the ranch to breed and to multiply. This way there will be a constant source of food for the family.

In this interview, Bro. Bo Sanchez also suggested long term stock market investing and shared the story of his maid who is currently investing in the Philippines stock market and now earning half a million in the stock market. That was shocking. Don't worry you can do it too.

He also talked about this level of priority which he also teaches in his helper and driver:

The Wall Street Journal Says "Philippines Stands Out in Capital Markets" But UKG Asked "Paglago Ng Ekonomiya, Ramdam mo ba?"

When I searched for "Philippines Stock Market" via Google News, I hopped into this business website, The Wall Street Journal. I saw the headline, The Philippines Stands Out in Capital Markets. In the news they also said, the Philippines has become one of Asia's hottest markets for share and bond sales.

It's true, we're heading to a better economy. Let me just share this with you, It's just ironic that when I opened my television this morning, I heard this survey from a morning news show Punto por Punto. The survey was: "Paglago ng ekonomiya, ramdam mo ba?" Below is the exact result of the survey.

In this morning show, host Anthony Taberna talks about the alleged failure of the Philippine government to address the problem of poverty. You can check the recorded version here: UKG Punto Por Punto

Yes, the government has its part on creating programs to lessen the number of people below the poverty line, but it's not their sole responsibility. I think this is unfair. I think it's now time to change our mindset. Let's start educating our kababayan to change the financial mindset. Stop blaming the government or the president. Stop blaming your kapitbahay, Stop blaming the senators or Mr congressman.

Naman.. let me go back to The Wall Street Journal news.... please read below.

Here's some excerpts from the Wall Street Journal news...

Philippines Stands Out in Capital Markets

"The Philippines has become one of Asia's hottest markets for share and bond sales, getting a boost from a buoyant stock market and its recent acquisition of an investment-grade credit rating."

"This month, the Asian Development Bank increased its forecast for the country's 2013 economic growth to 6% from 5%. The Philippines has a population of 100 million.

Last year, share sales totaled $3.5 billion, six times the $594 million raised in 2008, according to Dealogic data. Now, the country is in the third spot for equity fund raising in Southeast Asia, overtaking Malaysia, a favorite destination for deals last year.

In the debt market, the Philippines is leading in Southeast Asia, with about $8 billion raised so far this year. Last year, it was third.

Traditional fundraising hubs like Hong Kong have fallen behind so far this year as investors turn to Southeast Asia, where stock markets have surged on expectations of strong economic growth and rising domestic consumption.

The Philippines' stock market has gained 20% this year, outperforming Indonesia's 15%, Thailand's 11% and Singapore's 3.7%. The Philippines' stock market has a market capitalization of more than $300 billion, and is dominated by family-owned businesses."

"Foreign companies are also benefiting from investors' confidence in the Philppines. Apart from a $377 million share placement by Nasdaq-listed Melco Crown, which is going on now, Malaysia's Genting Bhd. 3182.KU +1.60% and its Philippine partner are planning to list a Manila casino via an initial public offering that could raise more than $500 million."

"Corporate bond offerings in the Philippines used to meet with tepid demand from investors. That changed in March, when Fitch Ratings raised the Philippines' long-term foreign-currency credit rating by a notch to BBB-minus, an investment grade"- Source: http://online.wsj.com

I know one source of good information on how you can help other people change their financial mindset.

You can share this to your relatives and friends.
You can share this to your cousins.
Of course, you can apply it to yourself.

This is not just about stocks investing, it's about helping you become truly rich in all area of your life.

Philippine Stocks Exchange Index Reaches 7,000 level For The First Time

The Philippine Stocks Exchange Index closed at 7,120.48 this Monday, April 22, 2013. It was 27th record high for this year and this mark in the history is actually the 88th under President Noy Aquino's administration. Again, this is first time in the history of the Philippines stock market. Congrats to all Pinoy and all Filipino stocks investors. Happy investing.

One of the habits I formed from joining Bo Sanchez' Truly Rich Club is the habit of reading,  especially materials and news related to businesses and stock marketing investing. Before, I get fond of just reading the headlines plus showbiz and sports news. Now it's different. I usually go first in the business section rather that getting the details about showbiz and sports.

Below are the latest about Philippines stock market...

PSE breaches 7,000 level, closes at all-time-high

Philippine stocks continued to rally, rising over 100 points to breach the key 7,000 level and close at its 27 record high this year due to strong foreign inflows amid low interest rates.
The main Philippine Stock Exchange index breached the 7,000 level early in the morning session and surge in the late afternoon session boosted the benchmark to close up 163.38 points to a new all-time and closing high of 7,120.48.
Banks and holdings firms led the bull run, boosting the index even though the service sector declined. The mining and oil sectors was also trailing in the red before a late rally allowed it to advance.
“Prospects of an SDA (special deposit account) cut boosted investors’ confidence, pushing the index past the 7000 mark,” said BDO Unibank chief market strategist Jonathan Ravelas.
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, which meets April 25 to review policy, reduced the rate it pays on P1.9 trillion pesos in its special accounts by about half a percentage point each in January and March.
The central bank isn’t ruling out a further cut in the so-called SDA rate and is “always thinking of additional measures” to manage liquidity, said Monetary board member Felipe Medalla last April 18.
“The consensus is for the BSP to cut the SDA rate by another 50 basis points at this week’s meeting to bring down its cost,” said Philippine National Bank head of treasury Ricky Cebrero.
2TradeAsia analyst Freya Natividad said other drivers for the market's rally today include Wall Street's scent last Friday and robust first quarter 2013 earnings reports of Philippine listed companies.
Accord Capital Equities Corporation analyst Justino Calaycay Jr. said that, “buoyed by a surge in Japanese stocks which in turn was driven by exporters’ gains on a weaker yen, Philippine shares forayed further into uncharted territory.”
“The bulls are so confident of the fundamental prospects they have defied technical indications for an extended time, leaving bears limited time to dominate the market,” he noted.
Thus, Calaycay said retreats have been short-lived – the longest losing streak being the eight-session 6 percent slide in the middle of March. In the 19 sessions since, the bears won in only seven, reminiscent of how the year started off the block.
The Nikkei 225, the benchmark for Tokyo listed stocks, was boosted by the G20’s tacit approval of the Bank of Japan’s aggressive stimulus program. Source: www.mb.com.ph

Here's another news from ABS-CBN business news.

PSEi breaches 7,000 level for the first time
The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) on Monday morning breached the 7,000 level for the first time in its history.
The PSEi stood at 7,009.13, up 0.75% or 52 points as of 9:52 a.m. Traders on the floor cheered as the main index reached another new high.
As of noon, the PSEi stood at 7,032.96 up 1.09% or 75pts.
Among the most actively traded stocks were BDO Unibank, Ayala Corp. SM Investments Corp. and Ayala Land Inc.
"I'm really surprised by the resilience and strength of the market. On the other hand, we're also expecting this. It just happened sooner than we were expecting it to hit 7,000. The market is getting a bit ahead of itself, in terms of price, it has gone up ahead of earnings... I think they're anticipating more earnings suprises at least for the banking sector," PJ Garcia, senior vice president at BPI Asset Management, told ANC.
Last week, BDO surprised the market with its very strong first quarter profits - P10 billion. The Sy-led bank said it expects to hit a record P20.4 billion this year.
Analysts had earlier expected the main index to test the 7,000 level this week, as investors position themselves ahead of the release of first quarter corporate earnings.
Last Friday, the PSEi reached a new high, with the index up 1.45% to close at 6,957.10.
It was only in January when the benchmark index first breached the 6,000 level. - With report from Warren de Guzman, ANC - Source: abs-cbnnews.com/business

Here's another news from Inquirer business news.

PSEi breaks 7,000-mark

The local stock market raced to new record highs on Monday, allowing the main index to breach the 7,000-mark for the first time, on optimism over first quarter local corporate earnings reporting season.
The Philippine Stock Exchange index rallied by 75.86 points, or 1.09 percent, in the morning trade to 7,032.96.
“The PSEi breached the 7,000 level and continues to be one of the ‘it’ markets of 2013. Bullish sentiment has taken over as first quarter earnings releases go into full swing,” said Mark Angeles, head of research at First Metro Securities.
Some dealers said expectations that a second global credit rating firm may issue an investment grade rating on the Philippine sovereign as early as May also excited investors.
The upcoming monetary setting of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on Thursday, whereby another hefty cut in the rates on special deposit accounts is widely expected, is also seen driving some yield-seeking investors to equities.
SM and Ayala stocks traded higher in heavy volume in early session. SMIC (+2.22 percent) and BDO (+2.71 percent) were boosted by BDO’s record-high P20.4-billion profit guidance for 2013, of which P10 billion had been achieved in the first quarter.
Ayala Corp. (+3.95 percent), Ayala Land (+0.95 percent) and BPI (+1.83 percent) also rose on upbeat outlook and fresh expansion plans. - Source: www.business.inquirer.net

It's really more fun investing in the Philippines. Just yesterday, the PSEi set a new record, our 26th record high for year 2013 and the 2nd highest record after we received the first ever investment grade debt rating from global credit rating firm Fitch.

The Philippine Stock Exchange index rallied by 1.45 percent or 99.62 points to close at its best finish of 6,957.10. Congrats Pinoy and Happy investing!

Below is the news yesterday published in business.inquirer.net. Read Below...

PSEi surges to new high

The local stock index surged to a new record high Friday as investors bought local equities in anticipation of strong first-quarter corporate results and an investment-grade rating from a second global credit-watcher.
The main-share Philippine Stock Exchange index rallied by 1.45 percent or 99.62 points to close at its best finish of 6,957.10, likewise a record intra-day peak. The upswing in the last three days allowed the main index to post a weekly gain of 65.67 points or 0.95 percent.
Property stocks led the day’s rally as this counter surged by 2.21 percent. All other indices were likewise up. Value turnover amounted to P12.13 billion. There were 108 advancers that overwhelmed 44 decliners while 55 stocks were unchanged.
SM Investments Corp. (+1.35 percent) and BDO (+3.61 percent) rose in heavy volume after BDO announced a record high P10 billion in net profit for the first quarter and a P20.4-billion profit guidance for the full year.
Manny Cruz, chief strategist at Asiasec Equities, said investors were positioning for strong first-quarter results and that BDO’s strong first-quarter performance offered a good preview. At the same time, Cruz said there were speculations that the Philippines might soon get a second investment-grade rating, maybe even ahead of the mid-term elections in May.Before the Lenten break, Fitch Ratings gave the Philippine government its first investment-grade rating. Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s currently rate the country at a notch below investment grade but S&P has a positive outlook on its rating.
Other big index gainers were Globe Telecom (+4.92 percent), Alliance Global Inc. (+3.96 percent), Belle (+3.9 percent), Ayala Land (+3.6 percent), PLDT (+3.52 percent), Robinsons Land (+2.2 percent), JG Summit (+1.66 percent) and Meralco (+1.4 percent). Doris C. Dumlao

Reuters.com also reported yesterday, "The Philippine main index hit an all-time closing high while Thai benchmark index rose for a second session on Friday after banks such as BDO Unibank Inc and Siam Commercial Bank Pcl reported strong quarterly earnings."

Good News Philippines! PSEi Keeps On Thriving To Sustain Its Uptrend

Philippines Stock Exchange Index rose again this Friday. PSEi ends early trades up 0.54% or 37.15 points to 6,894.63. Almost hitting 6,900! This week is so exciting.

Here's a recent business news about Philippines stock market from GMA News. Read below.

PSEi sustains rally in morning trade

"Philippine shares continued to sustain its uptrend Friday, buoyed by expectations of good earnings from index heavyweight BDO Unibank Inc. for the first quarter as well as dividend pay out of some  companies.

Barring any bad news to crash the uptrend, analysts see the bellwether index retesting the 7,000 level next week.

The PSEi ended the morning session up 37.15 points or 0.54 percent to 6,894.63. The broader all shares index was up 0.36 percent to 4,321.37."

Give Me Just 2 Minutes and 45 Seconds and I'll Show You How To Join Bo Sanchez' Truly Rich Club [VIDEO + SlideShare]

A friend of mine working abroad from other country, an OFW asked me, "How can I join the Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez?I told her, go to the Truly Rich Club website (www.trulyrichclub.com) and just follow the instructions there.
Instead of following the instructions  she replied to me and said, "I am not techie, can you do it for me?. I replied and said, "There are needed information there like credit card account information in case if you want to auto debit your monthly subscription via credit card. Unless you will trust me and share me your credit card account".  I understand but I still insist and told her, she can do it."

That's the reason I created this step by step tutorial on How To Join Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez. Check it below:

As you noticed on this "How To Join Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez" slideshare tutorial, you have two options, either you pay it via:

(1) credit card or through
(2) bank deposit.

I have credit card but I preferred using the second option, through bank deposit.

You know why? Because of the discount. Once you pay it in advance you get 10% (for 6 month equivalent subscription) to 20% discount (one year).

Well, It's still up to you. You can use your credit card to eliminate hassle of going into the bank for your subscription fee. If you want auto renewal or auto payment, try using your credit card. Gets?  Hope this tutorial help you too.

To close my story, my OFW friend joined the Truly Rich Club and follow my simple instruction. You can also share this tutorial to your non-techie friends (just in case) haha.
